How To Update Your Account Information
  1. First, login to your Sole Hope account using your email address and password. If you have not confirmed your account yet, please confirm your account by clicking the “Resend Confirmation Email” notification which will allow you to create a new password during the process.
  2. Next, click “Edit Profile” in the far left menu under “Dashboard.” This will take you to a page where you can update your personal information like your email address, or your mailing address. Please note that if you change your email address, you will need to use the new email moving forward when logging into your account.
  3. When the updates are made, click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page to save any changes.

I’ve Never Set Up An Account, So How Do I Login?

If you do not have an account in our system, please do not be alarmed. We recently have changed to a new system that requires you to create an account where you can track donations, update payment sources, and pull statements. If this is your first time to donate since we have moved to the new system, it will automatically create an account for you after you give using the email address you input on the donation form. An email will be sent to you once your donation completes that will allow you to confirm your account. Please confirm your account so you access your account moving forward. For all future donations, you will need to be logged into the account associated with your email address.

Help! I Cannot Login To My Account To Make A Donation

Having trouble logging in? Here are three solutions based off of the error message you received:

Error Message states that you already have an account in the system, but you do not remember your password. Please click “Forgot Password” which will trigger an email to your the address on file that will allow you to reset your password. Once that is reset, login using your email address and the new password.

Error Message states that you need to confirm your account. This means that you have started the process of setting up your account but never confirmed (or verified) it. Please select to “Resend Confirmation Email” that appears in the error message. This will trigger an email to the address on file that will allow you to confirm your account AND set a password. Once confirmed, login using your email address and the new password you have created.

Error Message states that the email is already in use, and to contact the Customer Support Team. If this error message appears, a technical error has occurred that is associated with your email address. Please contact help@purecharity.com and they will help resolve the issue so you can access your account moving forward.

How To Change Your Recurring Donation Amount

First, login to your Sole Hope account using your email address and password. If you have not confirmed your account yet, please confirm your account which will allow you to create a new password during the process.

Once you are logged in, click “Donations” in the far left menu of the User Dashboard. On your Donations page, click “Recurring Credit Card Donations.”

Find the donation you wish to cchange and click “Edit.” Change the monthly donation amount to the new desired amount and click the button labeled “Update Recurring Donation.” Confirm that you authorize the action, and once that is completed your donation will be changed to the new amount moving forward.

How To Update Or Change Your Credit Card Information & Resume Your Donation

First, login to your Sole Hope account using your email address and password. If you have not confirmed your account yet, please confirm your account which will allow you to create a new password during the process.

Next, click “Payment Sources” in the far left menu under the “Account” tab. On this page, you’ll be able to edit your current payment source or add a new one. If you do not see the option to edit or add a card, this means your account has not been confirmed. Please click the “Confirm Account” in the top blue tab bar to complete the process.

Once you edit or add a new payment source, please make sure that the card you want to use moving forward for recurring donations is marked as “Primary.”

After you update your credit card, click “Donations” in the far left menu of the User Dashboard. On your Donations page, click “Recurring Credit Card Donations.”

Find the donation you wish to resume and click “Resume” which will re-start your recurring donations on the card you have selected to as your Primary.

How To Delete Your Recurring Donation

First, login to your Sole Hope account using your email address and password. If you have not confirmed your account yet, please confirm your account which will allow you to create a new password during the process.

Once you are logged in, click “Donations” in the far left menu of the User Dashboard. On your Donations page, click “Recurring Credit Card Donations.”

Find the donation you wish to cancel and click “Cancel.” Confirm that you authorize the action, and once that is completed your donation will be canceled moving forward.
