Join us on April 18, 2020 for the 4th Annual Denim Dash 5k & Fun Run! This year we’re offering THREE ways to participate: a local registration for the race in Salisbury, NC, a virtual registration to participate from anywhere in the world, and a local registration for the race in Jinja, Uganda. Wherever you are in the world, you can join us to run (or walk) so those suffering can receive the education and treatment they need to lead lives free from the devastating effects of jiggers.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have canceled our physical race in Salisbury, NC. We are still offering the virtual race so that you can participate from the comfort of your own home and neighborhood! Join us and together we can make positive changes for those in need in Uganda!

Here’s what you need to know for each race option:

Virtual: Anywhere, Earth

All registered participants will receive the following in the mail: a race day packet, t-shirt, and participation medal! Please note: if you are located outside of The United States, you will be sent a Paypal invoice and a separate shipping charge before your packet is mailed.

You can run (or walk) 3.1 miles anywhere you choose, even on a treadmill. You set your own start time. The one thing we do ask is that you share your run, with us and your community. Create a team and invite others to join. They can join virtually too! Before, during, and after your run, snap some photos or videos and tag us on social media.
